About Newcastle City Dental

Dr. Mark Williams grew up in Sydney and Newcastle, earning a Bachelor of Neuroscience in 2003 and a Bachelor of Dentistry in 2006 from the University of Sydney. His passion for dentistry has grown since childhood, and he has gained extensive experience working in general and specialist practices. In 2012, Mark completed a Graduate Diploma in Children’s Dentistry while working at Sydney Dental Hospital and the Children’s Hospital at Westmead. He is known for his compassionate approach, particularly with children and anxious patients, providing modern, family-oriented care at Newcastle City Dental. He is actively involved in the local community, fundraising for hospitals, educating students, and staying up-to-date with the latest dental techniques. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, surfing, and good food.
